Safety Rescue Technician Major Project

Job Title: Rescue Coordinator (SRT Level 3)

Location: Hamilton & Bulimba, QLD Work Type: Full-time Casual / Long-term Contract Duration: Immediate Start – Long-term

We are seeking a highly qualified Rescue Coordinator (SRT Level 3) for a major infrastructure project spanning across Hamilton and Bulimba. This role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to transition through multiple phases of a multi-year operation.

Flat Rate day shift $59.48

Roster & Hours

• Standard Hours: 06:30 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday).

• Weekend Work: Potential Saturdays (06:30 – 14:30) as required.

• Structure: Planned 5:2 roster with one scheduled "drop shift" per person, per week.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold the following current certifications:

• Certificate III in Emergency Response & Rescue

• MSMPER300: Issue Work Permits

• RIIWHS204E: Work Safely at Heights

• HLTAID009: Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

• White Card: General Construction Induction

• Health: Must have (or be willing to obtain) Hep A/B and Tetanus vaccinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating rescue response protocols and maintaining site safety standards.

• Managing the issuance of high-risk work permits.

• Overseeing safety at heights and confined space protocols.

• Participating in both online and onsite face-to-face inductions.
